After finding a unique pair of antique scissors, a young girl suddenly finds herself transported and trapped in a strange new realm.
Forming a kinship with an old forgotten hermit, they brave the ever-shifting darkness together.
On their journey to find a way home, they encounter strings of undead beasts, gentle giants, and possibly, even fear itself…
MAKING THE COMIC:
Our story follows Amal and Zaid, two characters brought together through mysterious circumstances and have to learn to cooperate if they want to find their way back home.
Amal means hope in Arabic, and though she is hopeful that she will reunite with her family, she is determined to do it alone.
Although Zaid means “more” in Arabic, Zaid has had enough obstacles put in front of him by seemingly random entities. He was content to hide away from it all until an annoying tween came knocking at his door.
